🧾 Terms & Conditions
Bookings are subject to availability. Standard cleans are from £30/hour and deep cleans from £45/hour, both with a 2-hour minimum. Payment is by bank transfer only and is due on the day unless otherwise agreed. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling; late changes may incur a charge. Customers should provide safe access, water and electricity, and secure pets where necessary. Special requests and heavily soiled areas should be discussed in advance.
